Modification Requests

What to do if are adding to, removing from, or modifying your home or property
 
If you are planning to modify your home, driveways, or structures on your lot, we ask that you complete the Exterior Modification Form and submit it to the property management company by fax or email.  You can find the modification form linked below.

You will provide as much information as possible about the work, the start & end dates, and any companies or contractors which may be involved in your modification.  After the management company receives your request, it will be recorded and then forwarded to the board members for review and approval.  If any members of the board have questions or request further information, prior to submitting their vote to approve, you will be contacted to provide more information.  After the board members have a majority vote to approve the request form, you will be notified of the approval and the approval will be recorded in your records.  This is an important step so that when the work is being completed you will not need to worry about having any violation notifications for any covenants which are not followed due to the current state of work (debris, building materials, equipment parked at address, etc.)  Those restrictive covenants will be overlooked during the work time that was provided on the request form. 
 
In the event the project or work takes a longer time than originally specified, you will contact the management company and update that specific information so they can amend the dates in their system.
